Returns and Exchanges

Conditions return refusal:

We do not accept returns except in case of product defect. In rare cases where an order is shipped with a defect or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 7 days of receipt of the product, accompanied by a photo of proof of default.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or replacements in case the reason is due to the item being too small or too big. We provide complete information on our size and it is our customers’ duty to measure their end before buying.

Conditions of acceptance of returns:

  • Returns must be received by victorlondon.com within 7 days of purchase.
    The returned item must be unworn and in new condition.
  • We must be warned before returning any item. Please send us a message with your full name, your order number and the item (s) you wish to return.
  • Do not return a product unless it has been approved. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging as you have received.

Customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges upon return. The total amount of the item is refunded. Our customer service is always there to help you and answer your concerns. Email us at moc.nodnolrotcivobfsctd-54e04b@troppus, and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Refunds

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item (s). After receiving the returned item, victorlondon.com will credit the customer’s account with the original purchase price.

victorlondon.com will not refund any customer whose order has not been received because the delivery address provided during the ordering process was inaccurate or incomplete, unless this order is classified as undeliverable and returned to victorlondon.com.

In case of missing parcels on orders placed in the United States, we will refund or send you a new parcel. This only applies to packages that have never been delivered to you. If your package has been delivered but you have not received it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the problem. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

Exchanges

To exchange an article, email us at moc.nodnolrotcivobfsctd-8d1bcf@troppus so that we can approve the return. Once the return has been approved, print your e-invoice and return it to us and your item on the invoice with what you want to exchange. Once received, we will review your request within 48 hours and send you the new product.
