Article 1: object

Victor London offers on the Site the sale of shoes (hereinafter the “Products”), and services incidental to these Products, to Internet users browsing the Site (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”).

The Customer is understood as a natural person of full age or having at least the legal capacity to contract and who acts for purposes which do not fall within the framework of his commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity.

For the purposes of applying these terms, it is agreed that the Client and Victor London will be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually referred to as “Party”.

Any order for a Product placed on the Victor London site is subject to these general conditions of sale.

Victor London reserves the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time by publishing a new version on the Site. The applicable general conditions of sale are those in force on the date the order is placed.

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the Parties resulting from the online sale of the Products offered on the Site.

They frame the steps necessary for the execution of orders between the Parties.

Article 2: Products and Services

Only the Products appearing on the Site on the day of the order, and identified as available, can be sold to the Customer.

The product offer and prices are valid, as long as the Product is available on the Site.

The photographs and graphics reproduced illustrating the Products on the Site are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractual. Consequently, Victor London cannot be held responsible for any error or omission in any of these photographs or graphics.

Each Product ordered is accompanied, upon delivery, by a certificate of authenticity. In addition to the Products offered on the Site, Victor London may offer ancillary services: engraving, sizing, etc.

Article 3: Price

Prices are quoted in euros all taxes included. The Value Added Tax (VAT) is that in force in French and Belgian territories on the day of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the prices of Products and services.

The prices applied are those appearing on the Site at the time of the order. After this date, they are subject to change at any time.

Victor Londonne could be bound by the posting of an erroneous and obviously derisory price, whatever the reason (computer bug, manual error, technical error). In this case, Victor London will inform the Customer as soon as possible and the order will be canceled.

In the event of delivery to the Customer’s home – at the address indicated by the Customer in accordance with Article 6.1- the flat-rate contribution to the costs will be communicated to the Customer on the order summary, before final validation of the latter.

Victor London may reserve the right to offer promotional codes. These promotional codes can only be generated by Victor London and will not be applicable to the price of Products subject to other promotions (sales, batch sales, sales with bonuses, price reduction, etc.). Victor London cannot be held responsible for all promotional codes disclosed on the forums other than those emanating from Victor London and for which it has not given its consent.

Article 4: Duration

These general conditions of sale are deemed accepted by the Customer at the time of validation.

Article 5: Orders

5.1 Placing the order

5.2. Confirmation of the order

The Customer takes note of the Products covered by the order on the basket summary page. To validate the order and go to the next step, the Customer will be asked to read these general conditions of sale.

5.3. Client identification

The order can only be validated on the Site if the Customer has a personal account.

These accounts were previously created by the Client with these operators and are not managed or operated by Victor London. As such, each of these operators is respectively responsible for its own data protection and information security systems.

The Customer is responsible for the choice and the conservation of his identifiers and must ensure their confidentiality.

Victor London can in no way be held responsible for any usurpation of identifiers and connections to customer accounts by third parties.

The provision of personal information collected in the context of distance selling is mandatory, this information being necessary for the processing and delivery of orders as well as for preparing invoices. This information is strictly confidential.

5.4. Order finalization

On the cart page, the Customer will access a page listing the Products appearing in the cart as well as the various delivery options with the associated costs.

On the delivery page, the Customer will access a page on the Site detailing the contract offer as well as the choice of delivery method as well as the address to which the Customer wishes the Products to be delivered. 5.5. Payment

The price owed by the Customer is the amount indicated on the payment page of which the Customer has read before definitively confirming his order. The price is then recalled after payment in the summary document sent by email to the Customer’s email address by Victor London

The Customer has the choice to pay for his purchases:

– Online when ordering by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard for French and Belgian orders, Mistercash / bancontact for Belgian orders. American Express cards are accepted.

– Online when ordering by means of accounts opened with other operators such as Paypal Checkout or Amazon Pay. These accounts were previously created by the Client with these operators and are not managed or operated by Victor London. – Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for orders less than 300 euro. The order value limit could be lower depending on the pin code of your address.

Customers are requested to check the ordered items at delivery, before making a cash on delivery payment. In case certain items from the order are rejected, we accept a partial payment for the order.

Regarding payment by credit card, the payment methods are as follows:

Notwithstanding the application of article R.642-3 of the Penal Code, the Customer will pay his order by credit card (card with the CB sign, cards bearing the VISA or EUROCARD or MASTERCARD mark, or BANCONTACT / MISTERCASH) in accordance with the provisions of this article.

To pay for his order by bank card, the Customer must send his bank card number on the Site, as well as the expiry date of this card and the cryptogram number (3-digit number on the back of his bank card) . Article 6: Delivery and withdrawal of products

It is specified that orders registered on the Victor London website on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday are processed the following working day. Effects of withdrawal

Article 9: Exchange

The customer cannot make an exchange on the victorlondon.com site for his order purchased online.

The customer must return their order purchased online via their account to receive their refund and make a new purchase.

The customer may exchange his order purchased online, subject to compliance with the conditions detailed below.

Any exchange for a product with a value greater than the amount of the initial purchase will be subject to additional payment from the customer. For any object of a value lower than the amount of the initial purchase, the customer may benefit from a credit note. There can be no exchanges by post.

To be exchanged, products must:

Article 11: Guarantee

For the purposes of paying for your orders, banking information and data are collected by OGONE, our payment service provider. Article 14: Intellectual property
