  TO MEASURE YOUR FEET Step 1: Standing straight with your feet firmly on the ground, heal flush to the wall and a blank piece of paper taped to the floor beneath your foot. Step 2: Measure the largest part of your foot (heel to biggest toe) using a pencil to make your markings. Repeat this on the other foot, your left and right foot may vary in size. Step 3: Using a ruler to measure the markings you’ve made from heel to toe.

  Conditions for refusal of returns:

  We do not accept returns unless there is a product defect. In the rare event that an order is shipped defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 14 days of receipt of the product, along with a photo of proof of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in the event that the reason is because the item is too small or too large.   The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item (s).   Exchange

Once the return is approved, print your electronic invoice and send it and your item back to us on the invoice with whatever you wish to exchange.
