  TO MEASURE YOUR FEET Step 1: Standing straight with your feet firmly on the ground, heal flush to the wall and a blank piece of paper taped to the floor beneath your foot. Step 2: Measure the largest part of your foot (heel to biggest toe) using a pencil to make your markings. Repeat this on the other foot, your left and right foot may vary in size. Step 3: Using a ruler to measure the markings you’ve made from heel to toe.

  Conditions of acceptance of returns:

  Return must be received by victorlondon.com within 14 days of purchase. The returned item must be unworn and in new condition. We must be notified before returning any item. Please message us with your full name, order number, and the item (s) you would like to return. Do not return a product unless it has been approved. Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging as you received it. Customers are responsible for ALL shipping charges upon return. The full amount of the item is refunded.   Conditions for refusal of returns:

  We do not accept returns unless there is a product defect. In the rare event that an order is shipped defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 14 days of receipt of the product, along with a photo of proof of the defect. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in the event that the reason is because the item is too small or too large. We provide full information about our size, and it is our customers’ duty to measure their tip before purchasing.

  Refund

  The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item (s). After receiving the returned item, victorlondon.com will credit the customer’s account with the original purchase price. victorlondon.com will not refund any customer whose order has not been received because the delivery address provided during the ordering process was inaccurate or incomplete, unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to victorlondon. com. In the event of a missing package on orders placed in the United States, we will refund you or send a new package. This only applies to packages that have never been delivered to you. If your package has been delivered but you have not received it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

  Exchange

  To exchange an item, email us at support@victorlondon.com so we can approve the return. Once the return is approved, print your electronic invoice and send it and your item back to us on the invoice with whatever you wish to exchange.
