Sometimes your items may be lost or damaged in their journey, if this happens we will send you a replacement free of charge; just contact our support.
Often, tracking numbers will only work on domestic orders, as overseas postal systems will not update the location of the package in our carriers’ systems. International shipping can take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the country of shipment. So you may estimate that it will take a long time from the time your package is dispatched until you receive it. If your order is domestic and the tracking number is not working, please let us know so that we can make sure your items have been shipped correctly.
You can pay the delivery agent in cash upon receipt of your order. Note: Some products, regions or pickup stations may not be available for this payment method. Gift cards or coupons cannot be used for this payment method.

Any item sold on victorlondon.com may be returned in the event of:
- Wrong article
- Defective item
- Damaged item
- Counterfeiting
- Incomplete product
When you return your item, it must be returned in exactly the same condition as when it was delivered to you with all of its accessories. In the event of a change of mind, the items must be sealed and returned under exactly the same conditions as when they were delivered to you.

As a victorlondon.com customer you have the option of exchanging an eligible order instead of returning it for a refund. You may be able to process an exchange yourself for certain eligible orders in your victorlondon.com account. If an order is eligible, you will see an option in your account to select an item to exchange, and will be provided the instructions and terms that apply to your exchange.
You also always have the option to contact us via phone, chat, or email, and we will gladly assist you with the exchange process. Our Customer Loyalty Team is available and more than happy to help! Please note when our Customer Loyalty Team processes an exchange, the funds from the original order will be transferred to an e-Gift Card and applied to the replacement order when the exchange is processed. If the replacement order is returned, we will issue the refund back to an e-Gift Card for the full amount (minus any shipping charges from the original order). An exchange also requires the original order to be returned to Victor London within 14 days. If we do not receive the original order within 14 days, the credit card on file will be charged the full amount of that order.
